In the Dog House

I had been in a share house for about a year at college when my roommate decided to buy a dog kennel for her staffi pup. This dog (about a year old) absolutely hated this doghouse and refused to go near it, even though it took up half of our back veranda. One day being the college student we were, we got stuck into way to many buds, and slowly me and all our friends that were there crashed out, asleep. In the morning I get a scream at me as I wake up, my roommate who didn’t party the night before had gone outside and seen a pair of legs sticking out of the dog kennel, she didn’t know what it was. Apparently my friend had tried to make it home but only made it as far as the dog kennel, which he promptly fell asleep in. So to this day in three years the staffi has not slept one night in the enormous kennel on the back veranda, only a drunk New Zealander by the name of Tommo has.
